What is your billing policy?

We charge the price for the shirt plus the shipping charge, there will be no other charges applied to your order. The total price you see in the shopping cart will be in final price. We accept payments through Credit Card only and do not store customer's payment information, your order with usualonline will be 100% safe and secure.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once it does get shipped it can take 5-8 business days for your order to arrive within elsewhere.

How is my order being shipped and where is it being shipped from?

International orders ship out via USPS.

Do you provide tracking for my order?

Yes we currently offer tracking for all orders going out USPS and plan to offer tracking for Canada Post orders in the near future. You will be able to check status of your order with the email confirmation that is sent to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

For the time being we only accept payments by Credit Card but should have more options available soon.

I am not sure what size to pick, any guidance?

Please refer to the size chart on my website, you can find it by clicking on the sizing chart link, which is under support at the bottom of the page. Our sizes are measured in inches from arm pit to arm pit.

I am not happy with the shirt I recieved, what can I do?

Please email us with the problem with the shirt and we can get it resolved for you.

How does your return policy work?

We can only offer a 100% refund or exchange for defective orders.
